Leadership at
senior levels carries real weight.

At the top of an organisation, the complexity doesn't diminish, it compounds. The decisions become harder to reverse, the stakeholder dynamics more intricate, and the personal cost less visible to those around you.

Strengthening clarity, integrity and perspective enables leaders to perform effectively without eroding their own well-being.

This is where coaching can offer something rare: a confidential, high-quality thinking space that belongs entirely to you. Not advice. Not direction. A rigorous, honest, relationship-based process that helps you navigate what matters most.

I work one-to-one with leaders whose decisions carry meaningful organisational impact.

My clients are senior leaders, typically at Director, VP, or C-suite level, all navigating significant organisational change, growth and complexity. They come with real challenges: leading in complex systems where competing demands from boards, shareholders, customers, teams and real life converge.

My approach is informed by evidence-based coaching psychology and a deep understanding of organisational dynamics, drawn from more than two decades working inside complex, high growth, high accountability organisations across APAC, EMEA and LATAM. I bring rigour, warmth, and a balance of challenge and support to every engagement.

Ré Nua
A New Era.

Ré Nua is Irish for new era. It's a phrase that carries a certain weight. It speaks to the considered turning of a page. The deliberate choice to move forward differently.

The name reflects something I believe about the kind of change that actually lasts: it tends to be quiet, earned, and rooted in self-knowledge.

I founded Ré Nua Coaching after a career spent in senior People & Culture roles, working alongside leaders through some of the most demanding periods organisations face. I've seen what isolates people at the top, and I've experienced it myself.

Coaching felt like a natural extension of my experience as a trusted thinking partner, grounded in evidence-based coaching psychology.

Clarity. Integrity. Perspective.

Clarity

The coaching space is a place to slow down and think rigorously. To separate signal from noise. To understand what you're actually dealing with, not just what it feels like you're dealing with. Clarity is rarely comfortable, but growth requires challenge.

Integrity

Leadership integrity isn't only about doing the right thing. It's about coherence, acting in alignment with what you value, even when the environment pushes back. Coaching helps you hear your own signal more clearly, so you can lead from a grounded place.

Perspective

Distance changes what you see. The coaching relationship offers a genuinely external perspective, one that is informed, honest, and not entangled in your organisation's dynamics. Sometimes that's exactly what shifts things.

Leadership today is demanding, and at times isolating.

If you're a senior leader looking for a high-quality thinking partner, I'd welcome a conversation to see if working together makes sense.
