A New Era.
Ré Nua means “New Era” in Irish. For me it reflects the idea that as the world leaders operate in becomes more complex, how they see, think and lead may need to evolve to. It's a phrase that carries a certain weight. It speaks to the considered turning of a page. The deliberate choice to move forward differently.
The name reflects something I believe about leadership development: meaningful growth is rarely about having all the answers. It comes from seeing more clearly, expanding perspective and becoming more intentional in how you lead.
I founded Ré Nua Coaching after a career spent alongside leaders in complex, high growth organisations. I’ve seen first hand how leadership decisions ripple through organisation, shaping both performance and people.
Coaching is a natural extension of how I’ve always worked with leaders: as a trusted thinking partner. Today I bring that experience together with evidence-based coaching psychology.
